Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
