Coffee prepared "American style" is increasingly popular in Europe and also in Italy. For best results you need a paper filter and a coffee that is not too finely ground.

Our “American” ground coffee is in fact becoming an increasingly popular product even among Italian customers. The blend is entirely composed of Arabicas from South America, which gives to the coffee a sweet and soft flavour, for a pleasant drink to be consumed several times during the day for a recharge of energy.

To be consumed at home or in the office in a cup or to be prepared and carried around in everyday tasks, American coffee is an excellent alternative to the espresso or mocha coffee that we Italians are used to.

The packaging with the freshness-saving valve maintains the product despite consumption over time.

ROASTING

The slow and artisanal roasting allows the perfect caramelization of the sugars present within the bean, giving the coffee a sweet and pleasant aftertaste. After roasting, cooling takes place separately for each single origin.

This method ensures that the coffee retains distinct nuances of aromas and flavours, which are subsequently balanced to obtain perfect harmony in the cup.
