Roasting: gentle and slow, allows caramelization without burning. This method results in coffee with equilibrium, a pleasant acidity and many combinations of flavors.

Cooling: takes place separately for each individual origin. This method ensures the preservation of distinct aroma and flavor profiles, perfectly balanced in the cup.

Blending: the phase in which different qualities of coffee are mixed based on the unique characteristics of each in order to create unique flavor and aroma profiles.
