Blend of coffee beans with a sweet, aromatic but delicate taste, with a marked but pleasant acid notes.

The selection of the best Arabica beans dosed with wisdom creates an unmistakable taste in which the floral and fruity notes of Central America blend with the sweet hints of malt and honey from Brazil. To these is added a touch of Indian Robusta with a spicy character and pepper aftertaste.

The combination creates a coffee with a balanced aroma that stimulates both nose and palate thanks to the different notes that compose it. Pleasant and light taste, thanks to the important notes of tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple and papaya.

ROASTING

The slow and artisanal roasting allows the perfect caramelization of the sugars present within the bean, giving the coffee a sweet and pleasant aftertaste. After roasting, cooling takes place separately for each single origin.

This method ensures that the coffee retains distinct nuances of aromas and flavors, which are subsequently balanced to obtain perfect harmony in the cup.
